Shipping policy

Meant for Keeps works with our fulfilment partner ShineOn to prepare and ship eligible products after an order is placed. Our internationally eligible ShineOn products are fulfilled and dispatched from the United States. Fulfilment availability depends on the product and the delivery destination.

Where we ship

We ship eligible products to destinations supported by our current shipping profile, including the Netherlands, many EU countries, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and other international destinations. Product availability depends on the destination. Certain blankets and mugs are available only for delivery within the United States. If you are unsure whether a particular product can be delivered to your address, please contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery estimates

Typical production takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the product. The transit estimates below start after dispatch. Our fulfilment partner’s standard transit estimates are 2–5 business days within the United States, 4–8 business days within Canada, and 3–10 business days for eligible international destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, customs processing, local delivery conditions and peak periods can extend delivery times.

Where an order contains more than one item, items may be prepared and delivered separately.

Shipping charges

Available delivery options and the applicable shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment. Charges depend on the item, destination and delivery option selected.

Customs, duties and taxes

For cross-border deliveries, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may be assessed by the destination country. These charges are not set by Meant for Keeps and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs authority if you need more information before ordering.
